How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after 1–2 business days of handling, for a total of 6–9 business days to arrive. Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $75 shipped within the continental United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship standard service to Alaska and Hawaii. These orders are not eligible for the $75 free shipping threshold and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Express and Overnight service are not available to AK/HI.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order code and email address for a live status update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, all processed securely through PayPal Checkout. We never store your card details on our servers.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@nrsportswear.us and we will do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do your sizes run?

Our performance tees, training tops, hoodies, joggers, and shorts run true to size across XS–2XL. If you prefer a looser training fit, we recommend sizing up one size, especially in compression styles.

How should I wash my gear to keep it performing well?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cold with like colors and skip the fabric softener, which coats moisture-wicking fibers and reduces their breathability. Turn printed or embroidered pieces inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry to protect elastic waistbands and compression fabric.

Can I return a jersey or cap that has been worn during a game?

Caps and headwear that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Apparel returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached — try items on the same way you would in a fitting room, without wearing them through a workout.

Do you offer team or bulk order pricing?

Yes. Email support@nrsportswear.us with your roster size and the items you need — we offer discounted pricing on orders of 10+ units of the same style.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Popular sizes and colors can sell out during team-order season. Email us at support@nrsportswear.us and we can tell you when a restock is expected, or suggest a similar in-stock alternative.

Can I exchange for a different size or color instead of returning?

Yes. Contact us at support@nrsportswear.us within 30 days of delivery and we will process an exchange as soon as the item is back in stock, with no restocking fee if the item meets our standard return conditions.

Will the compression fit on tops and base layers feel too tight?

Accepted Answer

Our compression tops are designed to fit snug against the skin for support, not to restrict movement. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed feel, we recommend our standard training tops or sizing up one size in the compression line.
